Making My First Short Film

The script has been written, the storyboards drawn, the shotlist and schedule created and the casting call has been put up on mandy.com. Now the wonderful, nerve racking, hurry-up-and-wait part known as pre-production unfolds. I have gotten many responses from my casting call. Some seem promising, some not so much. When I put 'caucasian male, aged 22-26' in the ad did I expect to be getting replies from Middle Eastern men in their late thirties? No, but I guess that's what I get for putting myself out there, huh. Stay tuned here for more updates and adventures as I make my first film.
